Cadient Group Expands Strategy Team: Builds Strong Foundation for Customer Growth

KING OF PRUSSIA, PASeptember 17, 2013Cadient Group a leading interactive digital marketing agency, today announced it has added several new employees to the agency’s rapidly growing Commercial Strategy and Innovation group, each of whom have extensive experience in the communications, strategy and innovation, and life sciences fields. Cadient Group is proud to welcome Directors of Commercial Strategy and Innovation, Clint Tankersley and Hee Jun Rho to the agency. Cadient is also pleased to announce the promotion of Meg Harris to the same role.

As Director of Commercial Strategy and Innovation, Clint Tankersley works hand in hand with clients to develop and integrate innovative solutions, applying emerging technology along with current and new digital trends to enhance the brand experience. Prior to joining Cadient Group, Tankersley spent six years at WebMD, where he was most recently the Director of Product Development in their Innovation Group focusing on Health Information Technology (HIT) industry trends, government programs, and mobile health (mHealth) solutions to identify potential strategic partnerships and product integration. Clint graduated from Drew University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and received his MBA from Babson College.

Hee Jun Rho joins Cadient Group with extensive experience in the Diabetes Therapy Area, having been in the Marketing and Software Development groups in the Global J&J Diabetes Care Franchise at LifeScan and Animas. In his role as Associate Director, Healthcare Professional Marketing at LifeScan, Rho led U.S. healthcare professional marketing for insulin pump division of the $2.2B global J&J Diabetes Care Franchise. Rho also has a deep interest in Health Policy including an MBA from Georgetown University, and will be supporting the agency’s goal of expanding Cadient Group’s client base into the Managed Markets & Health Care Delivery Network teams. Hee Jun also received a Microbiology degree from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Meg Harris, the newest Director of Commercial Strategy of Innovation, has been with Cadient Group for more than five years, previously working as the Associate Director of Market Insights where she carefully monitored the pharmaceutical and biotech landscape at the therapy/product and condition level, identifying key opportunities and strategic digital plans for leading brands. In her new role, Harris will focus on the organization and delivery of strategy for several major accounts. Harris has extensive experience with customer profiling, behavior mapping, strategic planning, and social media monitoring. Meg holds a BA in Communications from Villanova University.
