As the Chief Innovation Officer at Cadient Group, William Reese leads the innovation team to identify strategic opportunities within the healthcare space to drive deeper relationships with professionals, consumers, and payers. Will brings more than 10 years of healthcare industry experience providing marketing strategy, program management, information architecture, and technical consulting for major pharmaceutical clients including Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson. He has developed award-winning campaigns for numerous category-leading brands, and he has extensive product launch and professional marketing knowledge.
Having worked on both the client and agency sides, Chris is recognized as an expert in his field. His experience in developing category-leading brands within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and consumer healthcare categories has paralleled his ability to integrate new channels and technologies into the marketing mix. When added to the depth of commercial innovation expertise that the Cadient has formed across its teams, Chris’ experience and team represent an important bridge to help both existing and future clients achieve unprecedented success. Chris, along with his team, partner with Cadient’s Commercial Innovation and customer engagement divisions to help life science companies optimize the marketing performance of their brands and marketing initiatives.
Bryan is the architect of the agency’s range of digital solutions and leader of Cadient’s Global Technologies organization, a passionate team of solution architects, developers, and quality engineers delivering innovative solutions in web, mobile and social. Bryan has nearly twenty years of leadership experience and expertise in multiple technical areas including software development, data management and IT consulting. In his nine years at Cadient Group, Bryan’s primary responsibilities have been focused on growing a global digital production operation, driving technical innovation, developing digital solution strategies and ensuring the quality delivery of Cadient’s interactive healthcare offerings.
As VP of Commercial Innovation, Gabrielle leads Cadient’s efforts to help life science companies optimize the performance of their brands and marketing operations. Leveraging digital technology and other tools for fostering innovation, she and her team will create business strategies that deliver results-oriented planning, best-in-class customer insights, and productive new approaches to global marketing and brand commercialization. Gabrielle joined Cadient from AstraZeneca, where she built a 18-year management career spanning a broad range of responsibilities. Most recently, she served as global director of commercial innovation, leading enterprise-wide digital marketing initiatives in Japan. Prior to that, she was brand director for managed markets in the U.S., guiding major brands through key life cycle events and creating a large cross-functional team to address issues such as access and reimbursement. From 2005 to 2010, Gabrielle acquired substantial global innovation experience, working as global brand manager for AstraZeneca UK, then as marketing director for AstraZeneca Japan. She began her pharmaceutical career in product management, working also as a district sales manager before moving into brand management. Gabrielle holds both a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from North Carolina State University.
As Creative Director/Copy, Stacey Davis supervises the overall content creation and management for Cadient Group, from copywriting, editorial management and proofreading. She is responsible for overseeing the creative development of a complete range of digital multi-channel programs, including digital content creation, mobile marketing, digital advertising campaigns and contextual engagement programs. Prior to joining Cadient, Ms. Davis ran her own creative consulting group, providing creative direction and copywriting assistance to clients across the country, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Euro RSCG, Medical Broadcasting Company (now Digitas), Inventive Health, GSW, Knight Marketing, and the Thomas J Paul Company. An honors graduate from Temple University, Stacey received her degree in journalism with a focus in advertising and marketing. She resides with her family in Bucks County.

Adelaide joined Cadient Group in 2008 and has worked diligently since then to incorporate search engine optimization best practices as a core deliverable in each website the agency develops. Adelaide brings almost 13 years of SEO experience to her role. She’s been involved in the field since its infancy and has witnessed the evolution of search engine directories and SEO practices. Her client work covers an array of industries inside and outside of healthcare, including Coca-Cola, Ford, Disney, David’s Bridal, QVC, Beyond.com, Luggage Online, J&J, Novartis, Shire, McNeil, Astra Zeneca, and Wyeth.
Betsy Haase Eppers is a Manager of Project Management and has worked at Cadient for over 7 years. She has enjoyed launching several new brands, learning new technologies and wrangling resources to do her project’s bidding. These organizational skills come in very handy when wrangling her 2 children (13 yr-old daughter and 9 yr-old son) and college-graduate step-daughter. Betsy and her husband, Chris, are transplanted New Yorkers and enjoy returning home often for theater and sports events, while also keeping busy with various school, church and community volunteer activities. She graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in Secondary Education in Spanish.
Ken Fabianovicz currently provides strategic digital marketing direction for Cadient Group. He focuses on precision-driven programs, strategies, and tactical thinking that serve clients in their efforts to build great pharmaceutical brands. Ken has worked in a wide range of therapeutic areas targeting consumers, healthcare professionals, and payers. Prior to joining Cadient Group, Ken was Group Account Supervisor at Dorland Global Health Communications for over 5 years. In addition, Ken spent several years as an Account Executive with both Integrated Communications Corporation and Dudnyk managing a number of US and Global accounts. Over the last 15 years, Ken has been involved with developing growth strategies and leading integrated marketing campaigns in multiple market segments, including DTP/DTC, professional, managed markets, Federal & State Government (Medicare / Medicaid), long-term care, and retail pharmacy. Ken graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising / Public Relations.
As Sr. Vice President of Marketing Strategy, Bob Holloway oversees the continual evolution of precision-driven strategies, programs, and partnerships at Cadient. With nearly 20 years of marketing and advertising experience in healthcare businesses, he has worked on a wide range of Rx and OTC drugs. Mr. Holloway has helped lead convention strategy development and implementation for brands in a number of therapeutic areas, including CV, respiratory, rare diseases CNS, women’s health, and GI.
As a journalism, broadcast, and marketing media professional of 16 years, David works closely with Cadient’s brand teams to create compelling and engaging story-driven content. David’s history as an advocate for Net Neutrality began with curating 2008’s critically acclaimed Rock the Net benefit album as featured in Rolling Stone, Wired, and NPR’s All Things Considered.
Lance is a digital experience champion, leading creative strategy, experience-design and innovation for Life Science digital products – with an emphasis on crafting engaging customer experiences. He partners with clients as a key strategic advisor, providing deep knowledge of top trends, best practices and innovations in the digital design landscape. In 25 years of design and user experience leadership, Lance has led digital and brand initiatives for some of the most recognizable companies and brands in the world—including Sony, Timberland, Toys “R” Us, Pet Smart, PBS, Hasbro, Comcast, AT&T, Microsoft, SEI Investments, First USA Bank, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, ADP, AstraZeneca, Bayer HealthCare, Shire, SymCare and Novo Nordisk. Before joining Cognizant, Lance served as Director of Creative Services for Ebay where he built, scaled and managed creative and user experience teams and led global e-commerce brand strategies and launches. Lance also held Creative Director positions at Digitas Health and Refinery.
Luke has worked in the IT field supporting and developing software in the telecommunications, energy, insurance and life sciences for the past 20 years. With the technical team at Cadient, Luke works with the brand teams to develop sites and apps exceeding client expectations. Luke has an MS in Forest Economics from the University of Washington and a BS in Forestry from the University of Idaho.
Hee Jun Rho is a Director of Commercial Innovation & Strategy at Cadient, a Cognizant Company, and works with a breadth of healthcare clients to craft digital strategies for their brands. Prior to joining Cadient, Hee Jun developed extensive experience in the Diabetes Therapy Area, having held roles in Software and Healthcare Professional Marketing for Animas and LifeScan, parts of the J&J Diabetes Care Franchise. Hee Jun also draws upon his experience as a former consultant to biopharmaceutical and medical device clients in their new product development, commercial valuations, and strategic assessments. Hee Jun received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of technology and his MBA from Georgetown University.
